Sustainability

Fashion creates packaging. There is no arguing that away — but we can measure what we use and reduce it where possible.

Packaging

The Shopping Bag instead of single-use plastic

We do not wrap your items individually in plastic for shipping. If you choose the ONLY Shopping Bag in your cart, we pack your order straight into it.

The bag goes into the shipping box and stays with you afterwards. Every time you reuse it, one plastic bag stays on the shelf.

You can also order the bag on its own. The choice sits in your cart, one step before checkout.

Returns

We separate what comes back

On returns we separate every packaging stream as well as we can: cardboard, film, paper and labels go their own way.

We keep revisiting shipping and returns: boxes that fit, less tape, reuse where it is responsible. We record every change so we know whether it actually helped.
