Promotion terms

These are the terms of the promotions in the online shop veron-store.de. Each promotion is subject to the general terms and to the terms of that promotion.

General

Provider: VERON GmbH, Große Straße 7, 47533 Kleve (Amtsgericht Kleve, HRB 2376). Full details are in the legal notice.
Scope: The promotions on this page apply only to orders in the online shop veron-store.de, including Click & Collect. They do not apply in our stores or on marketplaces.
Eligibility: The promotions are open to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Resellers are excluded.
Combining: Promotions that reduce the price of items or the order value cannot be combined with each other. If several apply, the shop automatically applies the one that is best for you. Shipping promotions can be combined with item and order promotions; no more than one shipping benefit applies per order.
Gift cards: Gift cards are excluded from all promotions. You can still pay with a gift card.
No cash payment: Promotion benefits are not paid out in cash and cannot be transferred to other orders or persons.
Your rights: Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in the event of defects apply to all promotions. How a return affects a promotional benefit is set out for each promotion.
Changes and end: We may change or end a promotion with effect for the future. In the event of a technical fault or an obvious pricing error, we may suspend a promotion temporarily; this will then be stated on this page. We announce the end of a promotion without a fixed end date on this page at least 7 days in advance; no announcement is made if a promotion ends because stock has run out. Orders already placed and codes already sent remain unaffected until they expire. Ended promotions remain listed on this page with their period.
Misuse: In the event of manipulation or misuse, for example multiple sign-ups by the same person with different email addresses, we may refuse or reclaim the benefit.
Data protection: How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Language versions: These terms are available in several languages. The German version is authoritative.

Period: for sign-ups from 17 October 2026, until further notice.
End of the promotion: If the promotion ends, you will still receive a code if you signed up before the end and confirm your sign-up within 7 days afterwards.
Eligibility:
- Sign up using a newsletter form in the online shop (home page or footer) and confirm your sign-up via the link in our email.
- You are eligible if you sign up with Germany as the delivery country and have not yet placed an order with shipping in the online shop by the time the code is sent. You set the delivery country in the shop's country selector.
- Sign-ups that already existed or had been requested before the start of the promotion are excluded.
Quantity: one code per person and email address; signing up again does not create another one.
Code: After your confirmation you will usually receive a personal code by email within a few minutes. It can only be redeemed with the email address you signed up with, and only once.
Validity: 30 days, counted from the day after the email is sent, until 23:59 (German time) on the 30th day. The date is stated in the email. Example: email sent on 17 October 2026, code valid until 16 November 2026, 23:59.
Benefit: free standard shipping on your first order with shipping in the online shop, with no minimum order value. It applies only to deliveries within Germany, not to express shipping. From an order value of €49.99, standard shipping within Germany is free anyway (shipping and payment).
Redeeming: Enter the code at checkout in the discount code field, using the email address you signed up with.
First order: If you place your first order with shipping without the code, the code expires. Click & Collect orders and orders consisting only of gift cards do not count.
Unsubscribing: You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you unsubscribe before the code is sent, you will not receive a code. A code already sent remains valid until it expires.
Returns and withdrawal: A redeemed code is not issued again, even if you return the order or withdraw from it.
Combining: can be combined with item and order promotions; not with other shipping codes.
Exclusions: express shipping, deliveries outside Germany, purchases in our stores and on marketplaces.
Data protection: How we process your sign-up, including the country and language of the sign-up and the sending of the code, is described in our privacy policy.
